Who is the Holy Spirit of God?
Our most memorable experiences with the Holy Spirit of God are those in which the Holy Spirit convicts our sins and makes every one of us follow the example of Jesus. It is the moment when we show that we cannot live true to our nature and reveal to us the judgment that will ultimately arrive. Those who continue to live without a Savior (John 16: 8-11).
When we apologize, admit our sins, and receive the gift of salvation, God’s Holy Spirit restores our dead inner human souls, which become receptive to the depths of God. (John 3: 1-16; Acts 2: 38).
There is a second work of the Holy Spirit of God when He submerses a devotee (Acts 2:1-4). It’s accessible to all (Acts 2:39) and an endowment of strengthening, assisting the devotee with carrying on with a sacred life. Through the force of the Holy Spirit of God, the Partner, we become more like Jesus and are coordinated to do the Father’s will. Moreover, the gift is essentially for the strengthening to observer to other people (Acts 1:8).
We are called to ask God’s Holy Spirit to continually strengthen us. When you are exhausted or in need of strength, ask God to recharge you (Ephesians 5:444-18). It is not necessary to live with the conviction that the Father and the Son are first and that the Holy Spirit is God’s assistant.
They are equals and work together. The uniqueness of God’s Holy Spirit is that He is present within us. Before Jesus ascended into paradise, He said that the Holy Spirit of God would come and dwell within us as believers.
In doing so, He enables us to live victoriously for the greatness of Christ and the Father.
